Sara Barrett is an author, writer, and advocate whose work confronts male violence, systemic injustice, and erasure. It is grounded in lived experience, history, and data. A military spouse, caregiver, and independent advocate for over 15 years, her writing builds space for mothers, daughters, survivors, and the silenced who have always carried more than their share.
